CANADA POST
Orders for books totalling less than 500 grams (2 small books or 1 large and one small book) will be shipped via Canada Post lettermail. Anything exceeding 500 grams will be shipped via Canada Post Parcel. As a general rule, delivery should be received within 7 days of the order being shipped out, with the exception of Northern Regions and Remote Centres as defined by Canada Post.
UPS Standard order deliveries depend on your postal code.
FED EX orders are within 2 days of the shipping date.
We will make every effort to get the orders out within 24 hours of receiving payment, however we guarantee within 3 days. We will notify you if the shipment will be delayed for any reason.
We strive for perfection in our books, but there may be errors made. If WE make an error in printing your book, we will replace the book free of charge. If however, an error was made on the order form, there will be a $10 charge plus, GST and S&H for a replacement book. Changes in names will not be permitted. Please contact us within 14 days via e-mail if you find any errors.
