Hi there! Here is my testimonial. Please feel free to use it on your website, marketing materials, etc. "I tried, unsuccessfully, to order a personalized book from another company. I was left disheartened by the lack of customer service and pride in how their company was run. I found out my book would not be here in time for Christmas which sent me on my search for another company. That is how I found WeeStars. As I started the overwhelming online search on December 11th I figured there was no way to get it on time but I had to try to get my son a personalized book to commemorate his first Christmas. I had nothing to lose so I place my order with WeeStars and the most wonderful experience began. The website was so easy to use! It was easy to find the book I wanted, get through the personalization process and pay. Most companies would leave it at that. Not WeeStars! I got a lovely thank you email with the assurance my book should be here in time for Christmas. I was also told, should my books not make it in time for Christmas, WeeStars would send me a Letter from Santa for my son! In the letter it would explain the elves were up to mischief and hid the book and my son was to find it! What a lovely way to explain a late gift! I spoke via email with Angela and can not say enough about the level of customer service WeeStars provides. My emails were answered quickly and very professionally. My book arrived on December 15th. I ordered it on December 11th. yes...it took 4 days to get to my house! 4 days!!! No other personalized book company could even dream of doing better than WeeStars. The quality of the book gets an A+! The colours are vibrant, the paper is great quality and my son's name appears all through the story. We also received some adorable word games and activity ideas which are perfect for children of all ages. Such a nice touch! I highly recommend WeeStars and will be back for more personalized books for my son!"
